of the document, identifies the paramount information, and then flawlessly categorizes
its findings into an easy-to-read, easier-to-understand format.
Step 3: Your data — kept in a secure, walled-off container — is then correlated
against our database of legal terms, definitions, and theory.
Step 4: We are now able to tell you everything you'd need
to know to make an informed decision —

Contracts
Once you upload your document, we will automatically list out the various terms in your contract, or 'K' for short. 'Terms' is another way to say the various components that make up the offer — these must be "certain and definite," so all Ks have them in common.
Think subject matter, price, quantity, quality, terms of payment, and the K period or duration. We'll sift through the verbiage of the document to find an output for each item.
If something is vague, we'll notify you so you can take a closer look at the exact wording — along with recommendations for what might be clearer to understand.
If something is missing, we will suggest our renowned legal term's pre-written terms so you can insert them directly into the contract.
